  • All prices given on the site are per room per night.
  • All the rates given on this site include VAT @ 20% along with Service Tax.
  • The rates that we apply and finally confirm to you are the same that are displayed on the site or the enquiry form you filled. In case some sort of changes or problem occurs while you are submitting your form, we will contact you for your approval or instructions before we finally book a room for you.
  • After you enquire through http://www.liverpoolstreethotel.com/ , you will get a notification regarding the status of your enquiry. Booking is only processed once the client receives the response from us through phone or an email.
  • In a situation when the hotel of your choice is fully booked while you are still submitting your request and at the same time, the details of your credit card have already been provided, the site holds the responsibility to offer an alternative for you at the same price, location, and quality too. However, the final booking is not made until we get an approval from you. In case, you have mentioned some alternative on your booking form, we will book the same hotel automatically if your original choice is unavailable.

Payment
  • Our online booking services are absolutely FREE OF COST. The details of your credit card are only used by the hotel to guarantee your booking in case of now show or late cancellation.
  • The hotel expects you to make your payments by cash or credit card. The hotel may ask for imprint of your credit card when you check-in. For secret hotel payment conditions, you need to check the secret hotel policies.
Cancellations
  • The cancellation policy of your reservation is clearly stated in your booking confirmation. 100% cancellation fee will be charged in case of secret hotel booking.

  • The hotel is able to charge the guarantee credit card if the visitor does not show up on the said check-in date without prior cancellation.
